ROAD TRIPPIN' OUT BLANKET

I never drove much, mainly because I didn't have a driver's license for the first 34 years of my life.  And then, on a whim but also because life just tells you when you have to do things...I got a license and a car - a wagon with space to sleep in the back.  Well, a blanket to curl up in after a long day of 90mph across country roads sounds pretty good.  You ever seen the Thrasher video from 1996 called Hittin' The Streets?  It was the first skate video I bought.  On VHS tape.  There was a section with Consolidated Skateboards on a road trip skating to Me First and the Gimme Gimme's covering the song "Country Roads Take Me Home".  That is what I think about when I think about this blanket, typing away on the keyboard in my living room in The East Village in 2022.  Happy to have made it this far on the road trip of life full of fender benders.

Please note, there are two styles of this blanket.  They are the same in every way aside from the artwork.  Doodle 1 - take me home, and Doodle 2 - in times of disaster.
